Manage gateway starts spellbook gateway on this machine. Phones and browsers pair over the same socket.

Your phone is a client

The phone never spawns an agent. It talks ACP to whatever is already running — laptop or Cloud.

Cloud when nothing is awake

Sign in and a Cloud agent is there. Same catalog, same prompts, hosted sandbox instead of a sleeping lid.
